Ooked my daughters drivers theory test through these people believing they were part of the driver standards or dvla umbrella. Had no response from them despite sending two subsequent emails as to when and where her theory test was going to be held.
Have paid £62 through paypal so they have doubled the fee for 'admin costs'.
I have to bite the bullet and accept I have paid double what I needed to but after considerable effort finally spoke to a real person at Driver standards agency and confirmed at least they have a test booked for my daughter and will send us email confirmation.
The direct bookings.org. Uk is misleading and there is no one to speak to if there is a problem, they state to keep costs down they only respond to email enquiries, I sent them two and got no response, sorted the comfirmation out myself and paid double for the priveledge. Avoid these people like the plague, overpriced, unhelpful, uncontactable and misleading. Deal with them at your peril.
