Cheating website took money from me without delivering product. Cheapscapes!

On June 1, I purchased a set of dvd's from mentioned website. I received one email stating that my order was received and processed. Whenever I sent an email requesting information, I never received a response. Said company stated that because they are an unknown company, to look in my spam or trash folders for responses. I have been doing this, and have not found anything.

Company also does not supply a phone number.
