Should have been a simple repair of a broken bridge.instead, Optifast ruined my $400 glasses. Poor welding job and they overheated the lens to the point that it separated from the frame. I sent a pleasant note asking what they could do. The infamous "Becky S' sent back a one-line response. "How do you suppose this would be corrected as the best possible repair was done to this damage?" Damage? I thought they were in damage-repair business? The bridge was broken in one place, along a factory weld. If they couldn't handle the simplest of repairs, they should have declined my business. I'd rather drive blind than use these clowns again.
