Louzy repair of sunglasses

I send my sunglasses for repair as i was involved in an accident. My glasses need repair on the frame, lense, nose bridge and the temple bridge. They repaired all except the temple bridge, so when i put it on it just fell on the ground. I called and was told i would get called back that day. A whole week pass and there was no call. I called again and was again told that the manager would call me that same day.

Once again they never called. I spend approximately $150 to repair my sunglasses and now it is useless to me. This business must be the crookedest business in the east coast. They take your money and dont want anything else to do with you. How could they stay in business. Hopefully, soon, there will be a class action suit on them. Hoo waa
