In April i was online and saw an ad for a two wrinkle products to try for $14.95 shipping for each, i stupidly ordered them. I received them and tried them with no results, I had to cancel within 14 days which i did, if i did not want to receive any more. On 5/17 they deducted $99.95 from my bank. The next day i received a shipment and sent it back RTS and requested my money back. They never put it back in my bank when i tried to call the phone number would not go through. Checking my bank tonight i noticed that another $92.95 was taken out of my bank on 6/18. When i called and was able to speak to someone i explained why i was calling. I told her i had canceled via email and received an email back confirming i had canceled. She informed me that i would have had to cancel by phone not email because they could not really know who sent the email. Yet she said she could see where i had canceled. They are a rip off company and i really can not afford to lose $192.90 of my and my husbands hard earned money in this day. I think it is really bad that people like them are just ripping people who work hard for their money. Companies like theirs need to be shut down.
