I signed up for a trial sample which was never received. After several phone calls and an email, which they said I had to call, I was assured i would get the sample. After 3 weeks I called again and asked to be reimbursed and have my account closed, the rude man basically ignored my request. I called my bank to stop future withdrawals which would have been around 100.00. They are a scam and obviously don't care.
