I ordered the trial sample to try, but they have since billed me for a $99.85 total, but I have NEVER received the trial sample, and that was in mid July. I have asked the bank to stop the payment of the 2nd one they have billed me for. This company seems to be a complete fraud. I DID NOT REQUEST THE 2nd lot at all
