Miscellaneous

I ordered free trial sample of Revivagenix and paid 2.95 GBP for shipping. I gave them all my debit card details. This Pro Collagen Serum Anti-Aging and lifting serum was delivered a week later.
I realized that this company allocated 88GBP from my account while I was checking my online banking account.
28th of August I called the company and requested refund. They sent me a confirmation by e-mail stating that "any ongoing or all future charges have been cancelled as per your request". Day later 29/08 they took 88GBP out of my account.
I tried to contact them and request the money back but was not successful.

I was scammed as I believed that I am paying only for shipping and did not know that they will charge me full amount. I addition to this I am not at all happy with the product so basically I paid for nothing.

Is there a chance I will ever see my money? Is there a legal way how to stop this so called "company" from scamming people?
