I returned two items, 1 received damaged, another a false representation of the item - real suede was actually cloth. I returned after contacting the company - they requested an authorization, of which was never requested or required. They refuse to send me my monies or issue a credit. *Arnold was very rude in his emails, even after I attached an email from "Julie" to prove my request.
