Image Warehouse, we purchased two items from you one was damage, second never was received, REFUND OUR MONEY!

I purchased hp c4195a drum 4500 genuine new received damaged and not in original box and as per your e-mail returned to you also purchased same item again but never received, as per ups e-mail item got damaged in transit and returned to you. We have tried to contact you several times via e-mail for refund on both the items for total of $107.01 but you have never replied and or refunded above items monies which we paid to you by paypal. We also have complained with e-bay customer service.
