Ultrashield furniture warranty is useless

I puschased a 10 yr warranty for 200 when i purchased my furniture 3 yrs ago I am now calling for my furniture to be cleaned because of stains that i can not remove myself. They denied me because i didnt report the stains in 5 days. I was never told i only have that time period so my now ten year warranty is useless unless i get the furniture proffesionally cleaned with my money.
