I, too, placed an order for too-good-to-be-true cheaper shoes. Within 12 hours, I didn't receive an email confirmation so I got a weird feeling. I did some internet research and found this sight and my stomach sank! I was duped!!! I immediately went to my PayPal acct. And saw that the charge was still pending so I was able to cancel it. Whew! I then called PayPal and informed them of the HUGE scam going on with this shady "company" and how they send shower caps to people so they have a shipping tracking number and PayPal then has no recourse. The PayPal Fraud rep assured me they will look into this and they can close the Rios PayPal account since there has CLEARLY been misuse and fraudulent activity through PayPal. Hoping to save others from the headache!!!
