We provide a forensic auditing service that helps homeowners fight mortgage fraud and stop foreclosure. This the claim made on their blog. What they don't disclose is that their "investigation" is dependent on documents the "lenders" are willing to disclose. After 3 months of waiting, due to the lender being uncooperative, and paying a $950.00 non-refundable fee, we received a 9 page "report" containing information we already had. Their recommendation - there are grounds for unjust enrichment and we should retain an attorney. This we already knew. We could document the fraud ourselves - MFI couldn't. Their "report" was a waste of money and fell way short of their claims.
