Dead beat dad, abandonment

Ronald B. Lister, Jr was court ordered to pay child support for his two children in 1997. He paid the ordered amount until he was kicked out of the military in 1999. Then he was forced to pay through the state of Maine. He moved from Maine to Florida in 2001. He has not paid any child support since July. I received a check from his taxes in the whopping amount of $89.00 in 2002. He is currently behind in the amount of $25,900.

His last know address was DeFuniak Springs, Florida. He left his third wife with two small children there. He apparently pays child support to her through the state of Florida. But the state has yet to assist me.

He called me in May/ June to inform me that he would be moving to Orlando. He said he would like to send me some money when he got there and got settled. Well he has not done this.

He does not keep in touch with his children. He has called them 3 times since 1998. No letters or birthday cards.

Ron has been employed with the Waffle House company and may be working for them now.

His family is aware of his location but they refuse to offer any assistance.

I currently do not have an address or telephone number for his family or him. I have moved this summer and his children's whereabouts are unknown to him at this time. As you can see, he is not concerned as he has not try to locate them.
