I purchased Pimsleur online. I eventually returned the merchandise to Pimsleur using the Federal Express airbills they provided, and my money was credited back to my account, all by 12-12-11. I am now receiving Collection Letters for the same amount. Are they stupid or what? I think they can sue me because it will be fun to countersue for wrongful prosecution plus get my attys fees paid for. All because their left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing.
