The owners - Carmine Annunziata and Maria Garcia are husband and wife. They are (or soon to be) retired Army Reserve Officers.
Let us not forget about Leslie Fields, Jayson Sanchez and Keith Zapata. This is their "CUSTOMER SERVICE" crew. They do all the dirty work for Carmine and Garcia. These cowards are trained at giving the customer excuses.
