Stole rents and security deposits

We have dealt with fishy property managments many times bfore. This one just took the cake. London properties owner decided to take off with everyones security depsoits and a month or 2 of rent. The managment went under quickly after. I was at least lucky to have a receipt cause the next managment was unaware of the incident and went around asking for peoples rents and why they were late.
On top of that. London properties, like so many managment agencies, never took care of their buildings or took actions to tenant complaints.
