April 17th we sent Mike Fernando at the Tarzana, Ca. Office of Realty Law Center a personal check for $1250 for the Law Office to take care of the morgage adjustment on our home loan from BofA today I got an offer from BofA in the mail and tried to contact Mike to see if I should take the offer. I also was suppose to send in the other half of the $2500 (special price) fee. I send a personal email came back, called his personal number, no longer in service. Called office 800 # got telamarketer Co. Called BofA and they have no record of me having any one from Realty Law Center contacting them for my account.
I guess I am lucky they moved off before I sent off another $1250..
This is a rippoff Bruce Wiener 78 is the owner of the law center and it has different names and the agents appear to use a different name and number and email for a month or 2 and tell you yeah we have a few complaints but there are not from anyone you can ask about it. Don't Send them any money, don't do a direct deposit to their BofA account. The Tarzane office didn't have any complaints with BBB at first now they have 28 unanswered complaints and have moved to a new location. I have tried 4 or 5 different # and they are disconected or for some other business.
