American Home Plus won't ship or refund

I placed and order on April 21. The sink never arrived. I was notified 2 times the sink was backordered. I began calling the company at this number 917 261 6922. They do not return calls. My investigation shows that American Home Plus (on-line) and Atmosphere Kitchen (retail store) and bath are the same company. The address for both businesses is: 618 Columbus Avenue
New York, NY 10024. (212) 501-0505 rings into real people that do answer the phone. I made about a dozen calls and finally 2 different clerks-ignorant of the situation-revealed both companies are owned by the same people. One of the managers or owners is Tiffany and the book keeper is Megan.in July Tiffany said Megan would issue me a refund by the end of July. The next time I called Tiffany denied ever talking to me. Today I called and the person answering the phone said "Tiffany is observing a Jewish holiday and won't answer the phone". Really?
