Purchased a bracelet from Tiffany whilst on holiday in Barcelona.
After 5 months bracelet broke. Called customer services as no Tiffany near me and told to send to Bond Street... I did.
Tracking says item recieved. One week and later and called Tiffany Customer Services everyday, they can not locate the bracelet!
