THey did not fix leak that was warranted

R & B charged over $600 to fix a leak on our sunroom window. They said that they would keep coming back if it leaked and they provided a year's warranty in writing. They came back three times and after that we could not contact them. We left numerous messages on the telephone, but no one called us back. We compained to the National Office and they said that they only provide materials and have no control over the contractors. We are very dissatisfied
