Over-charged my card

I had been looking to get info on my children tree, I subscribe to a account of 6.95 per month what I obtained was a cost to my charge card for $190.85. There is no telephone numbers to make contact with anybody. After I named my lender they offered me the telephone number the cost originated from. I named it also it simply visited voice-mail, no body delivered my phone. Watch out for this website fraud alert.
