Fraudulent charge

The organization charged my charge card despite the fact that I've never visited their site or purchased something from their website. The cost mentioned on my declaration as SQUARE-ENIX/PERFORM ONLIN. I named the organization, however they simply explained to contact my lender. Therefore, I named my lender, ended the cost and got a brand new charge card just in case someone took mine.
