Charged my card without permission

I have observed cost under a title of the organization on my bank record that we haven't granted authorization for. I've named my lender to be able to get contact information on that organization nevertheless when I named that phone number I've unearthed that there's just voice-mail and nobody acquired the telephone. Needed to start an incident with my lender.
