They call you on the phone saying that your computer is infected or that they have been monitoring the errors that you have been sending to Microsoft. They have different plans for virus protecton that you can sign up for. I did the 5 yr plan which was 199.00. You pay the money directly to the person on the phone and he has you send him an email confirming the payment so you can't dispute. I paid them with my Paypal account but since it's been more than 45 days I cannot get my money back. If you pay them with your debit card they will wipr out your account... Eventually. The contact person for any problems has an American name, Rachel Dawson, but that may have changed. I have found out recently that they get paid with Euro dollars so they are NOT in the U.S. Beware!
