I ordered a pair of men's shoes (Clark loafers) on the riosshoes.com website. Paid for them via PalPal and received a confirmation. After several days, I emailed Rios requesting status of shipping. They did not respond. I sent another email and it was not answered. After the third request for for shipping info went unanswered, I discovered "Scambook" and saw many others had been scammed by this company. And&yes, I did receive my "2 cent" shower cap in the mail today. I have filed a complaint with PayPal and my local bank. I am sure others have complained to PayPal. I wonder why they continue to accept sales from Rios? Too bad to run across this kind of fraud. I have been purchasing "online" for years and this is the first time I have been scammed!
