Authorized $1 charge on credit card. Thought it was afilliated with my bank since their offer was made when I logged out of the bank's website. A few days later my cc had a $29.95 charge in addition to the $1. I do not recall the original offer stating there would be a monthly charge, but when I looked under their terms and conditions on their website, I saw that they would charge this every 30 days. I tried calling a few times to talk to them but was put on hold for up to 5 mins each time before I hung up, never getting to talk to anyone and just running up the minutes on my phone. I did email them via their website telling them I don't want their service and would like the charges to stop as well as the current one to be refunded. Website says 48 hours for a reply. My next course of action is to file a complaint with the bank. I see on different sites that they have several complaints against them.
