Horizon Credit Card sent an offer of an unsecured credit line of $500. They did not notify me that a monthly charge of $29.95 and $24.95 would be deducted from my checking account. This card is for purchasing inferior quality merchandise from their website only. Upon termination they offered to up the credit limit to $1,500 to keep me onboard. They also wanted me to take out a ultra high interest check loan, and gave me a "prepaid" Visa card. To date I will be contacting my bank to have all charges reversed, and believe their entire intent is to defraud the consumer.
