Said it was a visa credit card

They offered two types of credit cards, visa and or store credit card. Signed up for regular credit card. Cant get hold of them to tell them I do not want a store card to order things online. Dont want them to charge my account monthly No information to talk to someone. Dont know if i am being charged or not until I get my statement
