I checked my balance on line and found a "pending" charge from a hotel in Wyoming. I live in Florida. I called the hotel in Wyoming and the very helpful person there went through all of their visa charges for the three days surrounding the day of the charge, and no charges for that amount could be found. I then called the very unhelpful ADP/Money Network and was told 1) the charge is still in pending status and I have to wait until it is posted before anything can be done (3-4 business days) and then must call back to dispute 2) I have to cancel my card and have another one re-issued (at a cost of $6 to me) with no choice to just have the card canceled and a refund check issued 3) I have to wait 7-10 days for the new card 4) I have to wait 7-10 days AFTER the charge has posted for them to send me a dispute form that must be signed and returned 5) They will start researching after they receive my signed dispute forms back 6) I will wait another 7-10 days to get the charges credited back to the new card that I've had to pay an additional $6 for. Do not use this company. They nickle and dime you for everything. Also, be careful because if you take your max allowed money out on a Friday from the ATM, it doesn't officially post until Saturday, and if you try to take more money out on Saturday, it charges you for the attempt ($1.75) because it shows that you just took money out and you will be denied! If you were denied and you think that you hit a wrong button and try to take money out again, they will charge you an additional $1.75 every time! I know my dollar amount is not that much, but it's just the fact that they obviously know that they need to refund the money but are making it very hard and time consuming to get refunded. I will never use this company again. My advice - STAY AWAY!
