I want my money Back, They illegal took $49.95 from my acct. Without my permission and I never heard of them!

While checking my account like I usually do every morning, I encountered a charge from USA Benefits in the amount of $49.95. I have never heard of this company before, and what makes it worst there is no way of contacting them.

I called my bank and I had to wait to dispute it because it was still pending, but by the time it was actually posted, I was charges an overdraft fee plus the amount of the debit. So now my account is overdrawn $100.

I am on a fixed income, and that charge made several other charges bounce and the fees and charges are steadily rising, it is a shame because I am unable to just pay it off and wait to dispute.

Someone should really do something about this company. There should be a ban on them in the system, so that they can't make charges to anyone's account.
