Try to trnsfer my numbe

I try to transfer my phone number from another company to sprint, that process take me 4days because an incmpetent representative transfer a wrong phone number, also i was on a lime for 4.17 minutes and the only answer what i ear was "i, m sorry" " sorry for ear that" " i apolized" and bla, bla bla,
Like a new costumer my experience with this company was worse!!! I don't recomended thisat all. No body make responsable for my 5 hours waiting on line, plus my 4dias pay for a services which i was unabable to use.
