Deed In Lieu of Foreclosure

I was approved for a "Deed In Lieu of Foreclosure" during my seperation and divorce from September thru November. I went through the entire process, signed the final papers which mentioned me recieving a total of $3000 for moving expenses. As of June 12, I still have not recieved these funds from BOA. I have three children I had to move out of the house by the date I was given October 8. I had to rent a storage for our personal items and furniture until I found a suitable place for us to live. I was relying on that money to help assist me in finding a place for me and my children.in Late January I begin to recieve phone calls from representatives at BOA about my loan. I explanined to them that I had been approved for a "Deed in Lieu" and that it was processed and papers were signed one week before Thanksgiving 2011. I was told that it did not go thru and that it had to be reopened so it could be processed. As of the mid May I was told that we were waiting on final approval and signing. I am reaching out to BOA in anyway I can for me and my children are still in need of thoses funds. I need someone to contact me as soon as the process has taken place to secure funds that is due to me. Thank you!
