Poor customer service at scottsdale store - doughnuts

Went on National Donut Day to the store located in Scottsdale on the 101 and Frank Lloyd Wright. Had very poor selection of donuts. Manager rushed me with my order so he could get back to his personal phone call. Forgot the sugar in my coffee and didnt offer me a free donut; the sign was posted for a free donut with a beverage purchase for the day. This was my first trip to this store and I won't be back. Would rather pay for the coffee at Starbucks at least they smile and are happy to serve me.
