Windstream Internet service FAILS to provide adequate service refuses to let me out of contract - Windstream business

I was "sold" on WIndstream by an agent who said they would provide adequate internet speeds for my business. After a year and a half of hell... Slow. Slow speed and half the time no service at all... I switched to comcast. I am being told even though they failed to resolves the issues I still have to pay $200 to get out of contract. Since they cannot deliver the product they promised why do I have to pay for it anyway? BAD BAD company. I think I will switch my phones lines now too. This company are thieves.
