I just left the Braum store at Pawnee and Broadway in Wichita Kansas. I have been going to the store since 1997.
And I have had several bad experiences. I usually order a sandwich and at order of french fries with a drink.
You're lucky if the sandwiches is hot and especially lucky if the french fries are hot. If you order a milkshake instead of a soft drink, some times it will either be to thin or it will not be a full cup. I know for a fact that a bad meal will cost just as much as a good meal. I have made this comment about this store and feel l am qualified to make such a statement.

I grew up in a restaurant atmosphere, my father started in the food industry in 1947 with a seven stool valentine unit, And retired in 1981. It grew into a full-fledged restaurant and was quite-successful. One thing for sure he taught me how to work and to be courteous.in the kitchen, There was a plaque on the wall that read, five things to remember.

1. Quality food.
2. Polite and friendly service.
3. Hot food.
4. If there was a problem, take care of it.
5. And everyone was invited back.

It's too bad that things like this happen, anybody can get a job in a restaurant but, not everyone can work in one.
Anyway - Braum's you need to shape the store up
