Burger King
Bug in sandwich - It is more than one thing. Read my comment above

I took my family to Burger King tonight. There were six of us total. We each ordered, waited quite a while for the food, and then found out the french fries were extreme cold and stale. My son-in-law took them back and asked to get fresh fries. He was told they would be brought out to him in a couple of minutes. My granddaughter, by then, had opened up her hamburger and checked to make sure it did not have pickles on it, as she had requested. It did not have pickles on it, but it did have a bug in the hamburger. She naturally freaked out (she's 9 years old). My daughter took the sandwich with the bug up to the counter and told the asst. Manager on duty about it. He said he was sorry and gave her another hamburger. He didn't offer to give her a coupon for another hamburger some time, a free kids' meal for the little girl, or anything else to make this right.in fact, he acted like this happens frequently and was no big deal. We, of course, lost our appetite and the meal was ruined. The children couldn't eat their food and the adults certainly couldn't eat theirs after my granddaughter found the bug in her sandwich. It seems that a company like that should have a policy for cleanliness and if a problem like this arises, have a policy of some sort of how to make it right, especially with regular customers, which we are. I'm very disappointed in Burger King and the way this was handled. It will be some time before we go back there to eat again, if ever. Order # 65 made at store # 15790 on July 8, at 5:45 P.M.in the amount of $ 31.29
