Burger King horrible service - It is more than one thing. Read my comment above

A review of #5041 Tonawanda, NY. I'm a trucker who travels the whole USA and I do prefer BK over other fast food providers. On 10/29/09 I was unlucky enough to chose to buy a meal from this store.

The order was placed at 9:10pm and I finally received my food at 9:27pm. Yes, over a 17 minute wait and all of my sandwiches were "normal" nothing out of the ordinary at all. During this long, long wait I was never apologized to at all. Then when I checked the order it was wrong! They never asked me any questions of what I might needed/want and I also didn't get any napkins. To top it off the fries were cold.

This was the WORST service I have EVER had in my entire life ANYWHERE. Just an absolutely bad time and i'll never go anywhere near this store again.
