Lenscrafters took advantage of a senior in 70's with some dementia by requiring the senior to pay the full amount for the prescription glasses and then made insurance claim submission for the full amount for prescription glasses without refunding the senior for the amount ($350) covered by her insurance carrier. Both police and BBB notified of this scam.
