Rent rates go up exactly 5 months after you begin - Extra Space Storage

It is apparently company policy to have the rental rates increase every 5 or 8 months. They send you a post card letting you know the rates have gone up and they do not give you any time to pre-pay months before the rate hike takes effect. It is in effect from the day they mail the post card out.
