Jacked up rates - storage unit at extra space storage

I can't believe this. It's the second rate increase in 18 months. Not just a small rate increase of 3% or 5%. But a 23% increase since my move in date. It would be nice if this was the only storage business like this. We will see if I find one I can stick with.
