I'd problems to my house in Goal of the year. Our insurance provider released inspections in my experience where the inspections need to be endorced by me and delivered to Citi Mortgage to problem as function is advancing. While Company is 1/3rd finish a check will be shipped to us. It requires two to three months for this method. A Citi hired inspector arrived and delivered his statement in stating the company was more than 50% total. And so I have now been calling every single day for that previous 14 days. I talked with Kendra, (2 times) Mallory, Theo (2) times) Charles (2 times), Anna, Cathy (3 times), Steven, and Amari. ALL OF THEM state that they're contacting the exclusion group to facilitate this method. Well this is actually the 10th morning but still no-call back, no-check to provide to my company to accomplish my work and my spouse and myself stay desolate (my insurance provider is spending money on property) but I DO WANT TO GO HOUSE! Everyone apologizes and GUARANTEES that they can call-back. Nevertheless I contact twice a day every single day. Talked with Mallory and she GUARANTEES that she retains her guarantee and calls when she says she'll... I'll notice...
