This person called me on the phone and threatened me with inprisonment, asheriff was going to come by my place of employment or my home to arrest me for outstanding internet payday loans one was Easy pay which I never heard of, and some other payday loan. He stated I owed over 5000 dollars thats with accrued interest. He said he had a court order for me to be jailed by 6/6 if I couldnot come up with a settlement amount of 2900 dollars by 12: oopm 06/06.

He said I was going to lose my job, my home, my freedom if I didnot pay. Strong armed, a gangster tactic not professional at all. He put me on hold playing some sickening oriental music, By the way he spoke of oriental accent. He couldnt speak well, but boy could he threaten. He had his script together. Why do people do these things? Where is my court documents before my arrest? He said he contacted me over the internet.

My internet at home has been down due to a virus since 2011. He said they were issuing legal documents, starting legal proceedings if I didnot pay. He wanted my address to forward documents. If I did this loan online he should know it already, shouldnt he? He stated if I didnot pay I would be in a Big Legal mess. His last words to me. Call him to pay before 12:00 the next day or Good Luck!
