Roy Martin phone number 323-786-6152 who claims to be an officer contacted my cell phone and said he was hired through a website called www.instacash.com. He said if I didn't pay $5,000.00 some dollars that this site company was going to have me under legal documents to appear in court for this amount. If this debt was not paid Roy said that I would be placed under arrest and brought to Houston Texas where this hearing was going to take place. He has threatened me with imprisonment for 2 years. I contacted the Attorney Generals office of Pennsylvania and filed a complaint. When they did a reverse phone look up Roy Martins number came up as a land line in Los Angeles California. Roy Martin broke the FDCPA act by threatening me with imprisonment and arrest. Please have him sited for this violation of my legal rights
