Payday loan, paid off, threatened

I recieved a call today from a man with a heavy Indian accent saying he was from the Department of Legal Affairs. Explained it was about a payday loan, and i am paying one off, and there is nothing wrong with the account. He said my credit was bad so i shouldnt have been issued the loans. When I pressed him on this, he said I would be arrest monday at my work, my socail would be blacklisted and I would do six months in jail. I would have to pay 698 dollats in thirty minutes, becasue if it went to court it would be 12000. I will admit I was rather shaken up, but he would not answer my questions and proceeded to yell at me.
