After joining up with c/be2 I was sent an info page that icould upgrade my premium and get a better service. I didn't realise i needed to send more money. I filled out the form to upgrade and was sent another form to pay more money which I did. $234 after a few weeks of my 6month rewnal to the upgraded service I realised this was just not going to work as they were sending me matches from all over australia. Especially wesern australia, as I live in Queensland this would have been an impossibility. To meet and get to know the person over a cup of coffee. A couple of times i recieved matches from other countries, USA And UK. I was fed up and looked for a way to cancelmy membership to no avail I finally emailed them to ask how I could cancel and recieved an email to go to their website and follow prompts on how to end the membership. This proved very hard to do. I finally found a form and proceeded to cancel by filling out a form but rewnal popups kept me from doing this successfully. When I thought I finally succeeded. I never recieved anymore contacts from then or any more matches. So I thought i was sucessful in cancelling. But just recently (May) I recieved an email to tell me I needed to check my bank card details as they couldn't access my card to continue my membership and they insisted I pay or they would proceed with legal collection means to get their money as I was still in contract with them. They are still sending me emails to rectify the situation and threatining action against me.
