I bought a Panasonic wireless transmitter with them through PayPal. After one month I requested an update of my order status because the PayPal claim deadline (45 days) was approaching. The asked me to wait because the item was hard to find and it will take approximately 60 days to deliver. After the 60 days the items never arrived, I could no longer open a case with PayPal and the do not answer my mails anymore. There is no ways to contact them except the emails which remain unanswered. My order # 10352
