I was sold a used vehicle and told it had a "clean CARFAX", in all the paperwork, i was told it was in ther and that we would go over it. After all that paperwork, I forgot to verify the CARFAX. Upon leaving the dealership, and within a few days i wanted to verify the report, and noticed it was not there. I requested one from the dealership and was denied. I was told that they were expensive and I should not have lost mine! After some investigating, I learned that dealers do not pay per pull on CARFAX, i fought and got one. At this time I was informed that my car had been in an accident and that some of the warranties might be void. They assured they would take care of any problems. I have since been back a total of 5 times for the AC to be repaired, they refuse because the parts are not OEM and therefor they want me to pay for it!
This car still has under 36K miles and is under warranty. I am driving around in a car that has a malfunctioning AC and they sold it to me like this!
