Heather Merriman LIARS!

I have paid almost $17,000 in less than a year to live here at the lovely Breckenridge Condos. My fiance and I were in the process of moving due to employment relocation. We had been in contact with the property manager Heather Merriman in regards to our leaving. We had a SIGNED agreement stating that we would pay in one lump sum the fee to break the lease. She had been so helpful during the process until I was awakened by 6 officers threatening to evict us.

We told them that we had talked to her 3 days ago and we are moving in 2 days. They said that Heather Merriman had called to have us evicted and did not want to wait until Wednesday to receive the money. We were told all of our things would be "thrown in the street" and we could figure it out on our own. We called Heather to come down to resolve the situation and she acted like she never knew anything about the agreement.in order to not be evicted we had to pay $3000.00 on the spot (which was not part of the written agreement).

On top of that we've been waiting nearly 2 weeks to have BOTH our toilets fixed, the doors that have fallen off the hinges from our neighbors upstairs making so much noise, and to get our garbage disposal fixed. I guess she forgot about that too.

If you are really itching to live in a shit hole, and be treated like a piece of trash, this is the place. I have lived in almost 10 places and have NEVER had a problem with any landlord or property manager. There were no eviction notices given (both taped to the door or via mail or via email). This is a shady shady company with a b*ch of a property manager ready to take you for all you've got.
