Excalibur hotel and casino
Rude employees and hidden fees

Went to check in at excalibur hotel nasty over powering smell of coconut filled the whole place. When we got there to the check in area we where stoped by an employee asking how many days we where staying and since it's our first time there they where giving free gifts and said they could help us at the next desk. He did not let us check in. The man he took us to was so rude was trying to get $40.00 cash from us I don't see how that is a gift for us I told him I did not have cash he pointed to an ATM and said I'll Waite her for you and your husband can stay here with me. I said well if I am going to ATM or anywhere I want my husband to go with me. John informed me that I was a grown women and could go by myself. Very rude finally my husband said no and started to walk away. John once again informed us I was an adult and could do things on my own and to basically grow up. What John does not know is I suffer from panic attacks and don't ever go to places like that by myself. We have not been back to lasVegas again and have no desire to go back since the hotels are all owned by same company also booked hotel room and there was no mention of fees until after I arrived very upsetting
